Job Description We are looking for an experienced SEO Team Lead to manage and scale our B2B organic lead generation efforts . The ideal candidate should have hands-on expertise in planning and executing SEO strategies, managing multiple campaigns, driving sustainable organic growth, and leading a high-performing SEO team in an in-house environment.Key Responsibilities Plan, manage, and optimize SEO campaigns for lead generation and pipeline growth Drive organic traffic, keyword rankings, and qualified B2B leads Conduct advanced keyword research focused on buyer intent and decision-makers Manage on-page, off-page, and technical SEO initiatives Oversee content strategy for blogs, landing pages, case studies, and service pages Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to improve MQLs and SQLs Optimize conversion paths, landing pages, and CTAs Track lead quality and ROI from organic channelsLead, mentor, and manage an in-house SEO team Assign tasks, set KPIs, and conduct regular performance reviews Prepare weekly/monthly performance and lead-generation reports Requirements Strong experience in B2B SEO and organic lead generation Proven ability to manage and scale SEO campaigns end-to-end Deep understanding of technical SEO, on-page, off-page, and content SEO Experience managing multiple stakeholders and cross-functional teams Hands-on experience with SEO tools (Ahrefs, SEMrush, Screaming Frog, etc.) Excellent leadership, communication, and project management skills ​Experience in SaaS, IT services, or B2B service-based industries Benefits 5 Day workingFlexible working hoursProfessional development opportunitiesinter- tech skills upgradationFriendly and collaborative work environmentCompetitive salary commensurate with experience.
