Locations: Nagrota(J&K), Jalandhar(Punjab) & Sukna(WB) Experience Required: Minimum 1 year Qualification: B.Tech/BE in Electronics & Communication or equivalent Roles & Responsibilities: Co ordinate & Support the technical activities in the agreed region. As guided by Manager, engineer to attend and register fault reported by end users, keep log of end user complaints to equipment fault. To forward service complaints to the higher level. Service team will direct resolution plan, Engineers need to attend at unit base location. Faulty equipment needs to be shipped with adequate packing to head office. Coordinate for receipt of spare shipped from the service centre. Deliver spare item to concerned customer unit. If repetitive faults are reported, Engineers to attend directly based on previous repair case & update the service team. Support establishment of radio link to interconnect deployed systems.
