Position: PRT Mathematics Locations: Podar International School, Ratlam Job Type: Full-Time Reporting To: Academic Coordinator / Principal Key Responsibilities: Teach Mathematics to Grades VIX as per CBSE/ICSE curriculum. Develop and deliver engaging, concept-based lesson plans and assessments. Use various teaching methods, technology, and activities to make math interactive. Regularly evaluate and monitor student performance through tests and assignments. Prepare students for internal exams, Olympiads, and board assessments . Maintain classroom discipline, attendance records, and academic reports . Collaborate with peers for cross-subject projects and school-wide initiatives. Attend staff meetings, training programs, and parent-teacher interactions . Foster an environment that supports inquiry, creativity, and logical reasoning . Required Qualifications: Bachelors / Masters degree in Mathematics or related field. B.Ed. (Mandatory) Minimum 13 years of teaching experience in middle or secondary school. Good command of spoken and written English . Comfortable with digital teaching tools / smart boards . Skills & Competencies: Strong subject knowledge in Algebra, Geometry, Arithmetic, and Statistics. Excellent communication and classroom management skills. Ability to make abstract math concepts clear and practical. Passion for teaching and inspiring a love for mathematics in students. Organized, punctual, and committed to school responsibilities. Preferred Traits: Experience in CBSE or ICSE curriculum. Exposure to math enrichment programs (Olympiad, NTSE, etc.).
