Roles and Responsibilities Unified Service Desk comprises of both WBS- CA, CMS, Trade services to cater to the servicing needs of WCG andCBG Clients importance and contribution towards the organizationDedicated team of current account service under wholesale banking center for corporate client with allServices at one stop to improve client experience and facilitate more business penetration..to impart a rough context to the Job roleWBS- CACSOWhy does the role exist?Dedicated staff for corporate clients with expertise in handling all current account related queries and requests.What is its contribution towards the organization?Focused approach to improve client experience, increase in digital banking penetration.What is the size of the operation the position manages and supports?Handling of high volume current account transactions for corporate clients of WCG and CBG segments.Key Responsibilities Opening of Current Accounts within stipulated TAT Digital adoption of Bank's offerings by customers, including support on activation Processing of signature addition/deletion, DD/PO issuance and execute financial and non-financial current accounttransactions within defined TAT NFTR in CA services (not more than 5%) Ensuring that self and team (incl outsourced, if any) is trained on products/processes of WBP Handling of complaints / investigation and resolution thereof within defined TAT a) Regulatory and other complaintsb) Court orders c) Investigations from Govt. agencies d) Other issues (Start each sentence with an action verb) Regular Interaction with corporate clients Liasioning with Relationship managers, back office, product, compliance for timely resolution of client queriesQualificationsOptimal qualification for success on the job is: Graduate/ MBA preferred Additional Certificate course related to Banking sector 2-5 years of relevant experience in the banking sectorRole Proficiencies:For successful execution of the job, the candidate should possess the following: Knowledge of banking products and services Knowledge of regulatory guidelines and norms Good communication (both verbal and written) skill in both English and the local language Ability to manage complex client situations Ability to manage risk and uncertainty for self and team within a dynamic priority-setting environmentAbility to handle pressure and meet deadlines
