Primary Responsibilities: - Optimising route of RSP to ensure regular SUBD visits - SUBD classification based on value sales and weight the frequency of visits - Identifying and finalizing the prospects for RSP, SUBD - Ensuring backup creation for the existing SS - SDE needs to have a funnel of backup Salesman/Distributor created which needs to be refreshed on a periodical basis. - Tracking absenteeism and keeping a close watch on the man-days to ensure consistency in productivity - To check and monitor the RSP's as per the infrastructure budgets - Responsible to keep the FF attrition in check - SS infrastructure review - SS delivery performance review - SS app usage review - Reduction of time to settle manual & damage claims of SS
