Experience - Min. 3+ yrs. in manufacturing industry Salary - Upto 15 k Location - Derabassi , Punjab Job Description Load workpieces, tools, and fixtures into the machine. Set zero points, tool offsets, and work offsets. Operate CNC machines (turning, milling, or both) as per production schedule. Ensure proper clamping and alignment of the job. Load and run CNC programs from the control panel (Fanuc, Siemens, Haas, etc.). Make minor edits to G-code/M-code programs if permitted. Call the correct tool paths and verify tool numbers. Inspect and change cutting tools when worn out or broken. Measure tool life and report replacements when required. Ensure correct tool holders and inserts are used. Use measuring instruments such as vernier calipers, micrometers, height gauges, and dial indicators. Check dimensions and surface finishes as per drawing or inspection plans.
