Collaborate with the sales team to refine scripts and strategies. Report weekly pipeline updates to the Sales Manager. Requirements Required Qualifications Graduate degree or equivalent; 2+ years in telesales or customer outreach preferred. Fluency in English (excellent spoken and listening skills essential). Female candidates preferred to align with client demographics and team composition. Proficiency in CRM tools (e.g., Zoho CRM, Salesforce) and MS Office.
