As an Associate Director Catalogue Management, you will drive the content, accuracy, reliability and efficiency of Amber’s most critical asset - our property data. You will lead a team of 60 for keeping our platform up-to-date with real-time pricing and availability from hundreds of partners worldwide. You will ensure flawless execution while also spearheading process improvements and automation initiatives to scale operations sustainably. Your job role will also include enriching the content be it visual and textual to set the industry benchmark.Key Responsibilities:Enriching visual and textual content - Manage the visual and textual content across properties, Which will involve policies, amenities, description etc. And videos virtual tours, images on etc. You will work with multiple teams and property management groups across the world to set the industry benchmarkTeam Management & Leadership - Manage a dynamic team of 60, including ~5 direct-reporting managers, taking care content, inventory pricing updates, visual content creation etc.Inventory Accuracy & Operations Oversee the daily updating of pricing and availability data for all properties listed on our platform.Ensure that inventory details on Amber closely mirror partner websites with no discrepancies. Conduct frequent audits of property data accuracy and enforce systematic audits through your managerial team.Maintain transparent documentation of processes, checklists and quality benchmarks.Automation & Process ImprovementIdentify opportunities to automate property data ingestion via APIs, scrapers or other scalable technologies. Collaborate with the product and tech teams to scope, prioritize and implement automation projects. Proactively streamline workflows to reduce manual intervention and error rates over time.Performance Monitoring & Reporting Track and analyze all tickets and error logs to drive down error counts and improve operational KPIs.Develop and maintain dashboards that track SLA adherence, error rates, audit scores, and team productivity.Report weekly and monthly updates to senior leadership, highlighting achievements, risks, and mitigation plans.Stakeholder Management Liaise with supply, partner success, and product teams to stay aligned on priorities and address operational bottlenecks.Represent the inventory function in cross-functional meetings, driving clarity on dependencies and timelines.Other Responsibilities Own the planning and execution of seasonal ramp-ups, ensuring smooth handling of peak cycles. Champion best practices in process documentation, knowledge management, and compliance.
