EV Two-Wheeler Sales Executive Opportunity: We are seeking an experienced EV 2 Wheeler Sales Executive to join our client's team in Madhya Pradesh. As a key member of the sales team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, managing customer relationships, and delivering exceptional customer experiences.Responsibilities: Present a professional appearance and attitude. Lead management: generate prospects from showroom walk-ins, telephone inquiries, and convert them into sales. Enter customer inquiries into the system with complete details. Demonstrate scooters to customers. Conduct test rides and convert them into final sales. Address customer queries related to scooter specifications, delivery time, pricing, finance options, and more Key Performance Indicators (KPIs): + Percentage of Test Ride (TR) completion from scheduled TR+ Percentage of sales conversion from completed TR+ Process adherence with no deviation from processes or SOPs+ Good customer experience with no negative feedback+ Customer Experience (CX) ratingRequirements A minimum of 1 year of experience in Sales (preferably EV Two-Wheeler Sales) Must know driving and have a valid Driving License (DL) Good communication skills are essential Experience in sales expertise in automobiles, preferably in 2W or 4W dealerships, retail, insurance, finance, and banking Qualification: Min 12th Pass/Graduation or Diploma Notice period: Immediate to 10 days Location: Madhya Pradesh Benefits MAXIMUM SALARY LPA + TA and Incentives
