The role requireshands-on expertise, problem-solving skills, and strong collaborationwith HR, Finance, and IT teams.Experience & Qualifications Minimum8 years of experienceinSAP SuccessFactors Payroll / Employee Central Payrollimplementations. Proven experience inend-to-end payroll processingin Singapore and other APAC/EMEA regions is a plus. Hands-on expertise inPayroll Configuration, Payroll Rules, Workflows, and Reportingwithin SF Payroll. Experience withintegration of Payroll with Finance and HR systems . Strong understanding ofstatutory compliance and local payroll laws . Ability totroubleshoot complex payroll issuesand provide practical solutions. Key Responsibilities LeadSuccessFactors Payroll implementations, configurations, and upgradesfor complex environments. Provideend-to-end payroll solutions , including setup, validation, and process optimization. Collaborate withHRIS, HR, and Finance teamsto ensure seamless integration with Employee Central, Time Management, and other systems. Ensurecompliance with local statutory regulations(Singapore / regional) and internal policies. Performdata analysis, validation, and reconciliationto ensure payroll accuracy. Preparedocumentation, workflows, and training materialsfor end-users. Supporttesting, troubleshooting, and post-go-live activities .
