We offer personalized counselling, admissions support, IELTS/PTE training, and complete end-to-end guidance.Key ResponsibilitiesHandle walk-ins and calls/leads and provide accurate counselling on study abroad options.Understand student profiles and recommend suitable countries, universities, and courses.Explain application processes, admission requirements, fees, scholarships, and visa steps.Follow up with leads consistently to achieve monthly counselling and enrollment targets.Maintain updated records in CRM and coordinate with the admissions team.Participate in student engagement activities, seminars, and workshops.Deliver excellent customer service and create a positive experience for students and parents.Skills & QualificationsAny graduate with 06 months to 02 years of experience is preferred.Excellent communication skills in English and Tamil.Strong interpersonal skills and passion for student interaction.Basic knowledge of overseas education is an advantage (training will be provided).Ability to learn fast, multitask, and work in a target-oriented environment.What We OfferCompetitive salary with performance incentives.Complete training on countries, courses, and visa systems.Growth opportunities within the company.Friendly and supportive work culture.
