Develop, customize, and automate regular and ad-hoc reports using tools such as Excel, Power BI, or similar platforms. Collaborate with department heads to understand reporting needs and ensure alignment with business objectives. Perform data analysis to identify trends, anomalies, and performance indicators for management review. Maintain MIS databases and ensure data integrity, security, and compliance with internal policies. Prepare executive summaries and dashboards for leadership to support strategic planning and performance tracking. Coordinate with IT and finance teams to integrate data sources and streamline reporting workflows. Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide timely updates on operational progress. Support audit preparation and compliance reporting by ensuring data accuracy and traceability. Continuously improve MIS processes through process optimization and technology adoption. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Statistics, or a related field. 2–5 years of experience in MIS, data analysis, or administrative support within a corporate environment. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (advanced functions, pivot tables, VLOOKUP), PowerPoint, and Word. Experience with data visualization tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or Google Data Studio is highly desirable. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets and communicate insights clearly. Excellent organizational and time management skills with attention to detail.
