Role Overview:Ensure founder and leadership decisions translate into clear actions, ownership, and timely closure, while maintaining accurate, decision-ready visibility across the company.Key ResponsibilitiesExecution & Follow-through (Primary)Attend founder and leadership meetingsConvert decisions into actions, owners, and timelinesDesign and maintain lightweight systems across tools to ensure visibility, version control, and continuityFollow up directly with functional heads until closureFlag delays, risks, and dependencies earlyStructure, track, and synthesize strategic experiments, pilots, and initiativesVisibility & Information ControlDesign and run weekly/monthly MIS for foundersCollect, validate, and synthesize inputs from teamsMaintain a single source of truth for investor communication, compliances etc.Market Research & Strategic SupportTrack market, competitors, and relevant developmentsMonitor grant, policy, and funding opportunitiesPrepare concise, decision-ready summaries and decksAuthority & Working ModelWorks daily with foundersMandated to follow up directly with functional headsIndividual contributor; no people managementOwns execution discipline and visibility RequirementsStrong execution and follow-through disciplineComfortable chasing senior stakeholders without formal authorityStructured, detail-oriented, and reliableHigh ownership with low egoComfortable operating in fast-moving, ambiguous environments Experience1–3 years in Founder’s Office, Chief of Staff (early-stage), strategy/ops, or consulting roles.
