We’re expanding our visual team and are looking for a 3D Artist to work on realism-driven visual and sci-tech projects.This role is for someone who cares deeply about fundamentals and visual quality, not just making things look “cool”, but making them feel believable.Role detailsRemote (India) · Full-timeCompensation: ₹30,000 – ₹50,000 / monthWhat you’ll work on• High-quality props, environments, and assets• Look-development, visual R&D, and rapid explorations• Realistic lighting, materials, scale, and proportions• Supporting and shaping the overall visual direction of the workWhat we’re looking forWe’re open to candidates who bring either of the following strengths:A) A strong 3D generalist background, with solid fundamentals and a realism-focused portfolio (props, environments, materials, lighting), orB) A hyperrealistic character background, with full-body human work demonstrating accurate anatomy, realistic skin, and close-up detail.In both cases, a strong eye for realism and fundamentals is essential.
