You will work closely with engineering, product, and business teams in a remote-first environment.Key ResponsibilitiesAnalyze large, structured and unstructured datasets to extract insightsBuild, train, and evaluate statistical and machine learning modelsPerform data cleaning, feature engineering, and preprocessingDesign and conduct experiments (A/B testing, hypothesis testing)Create data visualizations and dashboards to communicate findingsCollaborate with engineers to deploy models into productionDocument methodologies, assumptions, and resultsRequired QualificationsBachelor’s or Master’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or related fieldStrong proficiency in Python (Pandas, NumPy, Scikit-learn)Experience with SQL and relational databasesSolid understanding of statistics, probability, and data analysisExperience working with data visualization tools (Matplotlib, Seaborn, Tableau, Power BI)Strong problem-solving and communication skillsPreferred QualificationsExperience with machine learning frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch)Familiarity with big data tools (Spark, Hadoop)Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure)Knowledge of MLOps or model deployment practicesPrior experience working in a remote or distributed team
