Post-launch, you will manage ongoing site updates, localization efforts, and community engagement to ensure the platform remains responsive, accessible, aligned with our brand, and compliant with all applicable global security regulations.The ideal candidate is experienced with WordPress, skilled in integrating CRM and marketing automation tools such as Salesforce and Hubspot, and committed to maintaining global security, privacy, and accessibility standards.Lead requirements gathering for different areas of our websiteManage outside vendors to coordinate design, development, and ongoing management of our WordPress websiteWork with IT to develop and maintain our website’s integration with Salesforce and marketing automation platforms such as HubSpot, Marketo, or Pardot to support personalized user journeys and campaign trackingDevelop and maintain secure, scalable, and user-friendly online community portalsImplement localization functionality to support multi-language content, regional variations, and global accessibilityCreate seamless, responsive user experiences optimized for desktop, tablet, and mobile devicesEnsure compliance with GDPR and other relevant privacy regulations through proper data handling and user consent mechanismsApply state-of-the-art security protocols and follow WordPress security best practices, including routine audits, patch management, and access controlCollaborate with marketing to improve SEO, UX, and conversion performanceTrack and analyze website performance using analytics tools and implement data-driven enhancementsWhat You Will BringBachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT or similar professional degreesMinimum five (5) years of B2B professional experience designing and developing WordPress-based websitesProven ability to manage and collaborate with outside vendorsSkilled in integrating websites with Salesforce and marketing automation tools (HubSpot, Marketo, Pardot, etc.)Familiarity with content delivery networks (CDNs) and site performance optimization toolsExperienced in creating and implementing imobile-first, responsive layouts for a wide range of screen sizes and browsersTrack record of building gated content, forums, or member-based community areasDeep understanding of web security best practices, GDPR compliance, and data protection requirementsProficient with localization, international SEO, AI search engines, and regional UX considerationsKnowledge of Google Analytics, Tag Manager, Search Console, and A/B testing platformsKnowledge of accessibility standards such as WCAG 2.1.What we Can Offer You Dynamic and highly talented team of expertsThe opportunity to bring in your own ideas, implement them and make them accessible to a large customer baseThe opportunity to build a professional network in various branches of industryThe primary work location will be our Pune, India office.
