The role requires deep expertise in enterprise account management, B2B client servicing, and stakeholder management, with a strong focus on client retention, revenue growth, and service excellence. Key ResponsibilitiesOwn and manage relationships with key enterprise and strategic B2B clientsAct as the primary escalation point for high-value clients, ensuring timely resolution and satisfactionDrive account growth, renewals, upsell, and cross-sell opportunities across the client basePartner with corporate sales teams to support deal closures and post-sale client onboardingEnsure end-to-end delivery of client campaigns, programs, and gifting solutionsCollaborate with internal teams (Product, Tech, Finance, Operations) to deliver customized solutionsTrack account performance, revenue metrics, and client health indicatorsLead, mentor, and scale a high-performing client servicing/account management teamDevelop and implement best practices, SOPs, and service frameworks for enterprise clientsGather client feedback and market insights to influence product and solution enhancementsRequired Experience & Qualifications10+ years of experience in enterprise account management, client servicing, B2B sales support, or corporate relationship managementProven experience managing large enterprise or Fortune-level clientsStrong background in B2B, corporate sales, loyalty, rewards, fintech, SaaS, or digital solutions preferredDemonstrated ability to manage complex stakeholder ecosystems and long sales/service cyclesPrior experience leading and scaling client-facing teams at a senior levelExcellent commercial acumen with a track record of driving revenue growth from existing accounts
