We help founders and leadership teams build high-impact teams across engineering, product, growth, BD, and operations.As we scale, we are looking for a CRM / DBM Specialist to own and optimize our data, systems, and workflows across sales, recruiting, and partnerships.Role Overview The CRM / DBM Specialist will be responsible for managing, cleaning, structuring, and scaling our CRM and databases. This role sits at the intersection of sales ops, recruitment ops, and growth, ensuring data accuracy, pipeline visibility, automation, and reporting.You will work closely with Business Development, Recruiters, Marketing, and Leadership to enable faster decision-making and better conversion across the funnel.Key ResponsibilitiesCRM Management & Optimization - Own and manage CRM systems (HubSpot / Zoho / Salesforce / similar) - Design and maintain pipelines for clients, candidates, partners, and vendors - Ensure clean, accurate, and up-to-date CRM data - Build and optimize lead, client, and candidate lifecycle workflowsDatabase & Data Management (DBM) - Maintain structured databases for clients, candidates, roles, and talent pools - Implement data hygiene practices (de-duplication, validation, enrichment) - Segment databases by industry, geography, role, seniority, and skills - Support talent pooling and reuse across Web3 & Web2 hiringAutomation & Process Improvement - Set up CRM automations for follow-ups, reminders, status updates, and reporting - Improve recruiter and BD efficiency through workflow automation - Integrate CRM with tools like LinkedIn, email, ATS, calendars, and dashboardsReporting & Analytics - Build dashboards for sales, recruitment, and client success metrics - Track KPIs such as lead conversion, hiring velocity, fill rate, and revenue - Provide weekly and monthly performance reports to leadershipCross-functional Support - Act as the single point of contact for CRM-related queries - Train team members on CRM usage and best practices - Support campaign execution (outreach, partnerships, inbound leadsRequired Skills & Experience• 2–5 years of experience in CRM Operations, Sales Ops, or Database Management• Hands-on experience with at least one major CRM (HubSpot, Zoho, Salesforce, etc.)• Strong understanding of data structures, pipelines, and reporting• Experience supporting sales, recruitment, or staffing teams• High attention to detail and data accuracy• Strong Excel / Google Sheets skillsGood to Have (Bonus) • Experience in recruitment, staffing, or talent marketplaces• Knowledge of automation tools (Zapier, Make, native CRM automations)• Basic SQL or BI tool exposureWhat We Offer• Work with leading global Web3 & Web2 companies• High ownership and impact role• Remote-first culture with flexibility• Fast-paced, high-growth environment• Opportunity to shape internal systems from the ground upIdeal Candidate Profile You are process-driven, detail-oriented, and system-obsessed.
