Job Description - TheAccount Manager – Govt Saleswill identify new opportunities focusing oncentral PSUs and large ministries . The role includes bringing new business in the assigned territory and manageongoing contract renewals , drivingcross-sell opportunities , and ensuring revenue expansion across OneXtel’s CPaaS offerings.Role and Responsibilities: Manageexisting government accounts , including large ministries and central PSUs (Railways, Banks, Insurance, Power, Oil). Driveongoing contract renewalsand identifycross-sell opportunitiesacross SMS, WhatsApp Business API, and Cloud Voice solutions. Maintainstrong relationships with key stakeholders , including senior officials and decision-makers. Providepost-order execution supportto ensure timely delivery, resolution of issues, and high customer satisfaction. Collaborate with presales, delivery, and technical teams tocoordinate demos, POCs, and service implementations . Track revenue growth, pipeline, and account performance metrics, reporting to senior management. Identify upsell and expansion opportunities within assigned accounts to maximize revenue contribution.Required Qualifications & Skills: Up to5 years of experienceinEnterprise / Govt / IT Sales , preferably with exposure to government accounts. Strongstakeholder managementskills, with the ability to influence and maintain senior-level relationships. Understanding ofpost-order execution , service delivery processes, and issue resolution. Proven track record inrevenue expansionacross multiple CPaaS channels (SMS → WhatsApp → Cloud Voice).Excellentcommunication, negotiation, and presentation skills . Ability to work in atarget-driven, collaborative, and dynamic environment .Preferred Qualifications: Exposure toCPaaS / Telecom / IT / SaaS solutions . Prior experience handlinggovernment ministries, PSUs, or enterprise accounts . Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, or related field; MBA preferred.
