Key Responsibilities: Own end-to-end recruitment delivery forCanada BFSI clients Lead and manage recruitment teams supporting Banking, Financial Services & Insurance roles Ensure SLA adherence, quality submissions, and closure targets Manage client relationships and act as escalation point Drive delivery strategy, process improvements, and best practices Monitor team performance, productivity, and reporting metrics Ensure compliance with Canada staffing norms and hiring models Required Skills & Experience: 10+ years of staffing experience withstrong exposure to Canada and US BFSI hiring Proven experience as aDelivery Manager In-depth understanding ofBFSI roles(Banking, Risk, Compliance, AML, Operations, Technology) Hands-on knowledge of Canada hiring models, compliance, payroll, and tax terms Strong stakeholder management and leadership skills Why Join Us?
