In this role, you will teach students aged5–18 years , design engaging lesson and support their musical journey through structured guidance and feedback. This role is ideal for educators whoEnjoy teachingandwant to grow long-term with the company.Key Responsibilities Conduct1 on 1 and Group online keyboard classes(1 hour per session) Teach children and teens (ages 5–18 years) usingQuantChords structured approach Plan and customize lessons based on student’s learning pace and goals. Train and prepare students who are interested to take up forTrinity Electronic Keyboard Grade Exams Track student progress and provide regular feedback to students and parents Maintain a positive, motivating, and supportive learning environmentQualifications & Requirements Mustown Laptop / PCandElectronic keyboard / Pianosuitable for online teaching and have astable internet connection Strongpassion for music educationand working with children and teens Good knowledge ofmusic theory, notation, and sight-reading Technical skills (scales, chords, keyboard techniques) Trinity Grade certification is preferred Prior teaching experience is an advantage Comfortable teaching online using platforms likeGoogle Meet Open to usingAI-powered tools and modern teaching methods Good communication skills in English Growth mindsetWhat We Offer Full-timeremoterole Monthly Fixed Salary:₹15,000 – ₹30,000 (varies based on experience and Trinity Grade level*) Yearly performance-based bonus Supportive ,FriendlyandInnovativestartup culture Long-term growthopportunities within the organization
