About the Role Seeking a highly motivated and experienced Deputy Manager Indirect Procurement for Noida location. This role manages the full sourcing lifecycle of indirect goods and services, from strategic sourcing and contract negotiation to supplier relationship management and purchase order processing. Ideal candidates bring proven indirect procurement expertise, strong analytical skills, and a collaborative mindset.Key Responsibilities Develop sourcing strategies for indirect categories (MRO, office supplies, IT, marketing, travel, facilities, professional services) to optimize total cost of ownership; analyze spend data for cost savings. Manage supplier lifecycle: identification, qualification, negotiation, performance monitoring, and relationship building; conduct regular reviews. Lead contract negotiations for favorable pricing, terms, and compliance with legal requirements. Oversee purchase orders, track deliveries, resolve discrepancies, ensure timely payments; maintain accurate records and supplier files.Qualifications 12+ years in indirect procurement with a successful career track record. Expertise in indirect categories, supply markets, strategic sourcing, contracts, and supplier management. Strong analytical, negotiation, and presentation skills; ability to derive insights from data. Cross-functional experience with finance, operations; proven cost-saving and project management success. Fluent in English; excellent interpersonal skills, stress management, and confidentiality.Preferred Skills CIPS or CPSM certifications. Hands-on with e-procurement platforms and spend analytics tools.
