About the jobThe ideal candidate will be responsible to plan, manage, and maintain all electrical systems of the plant ensuring safe, reliable, and cost-effective operations in compliance with statutory and safety standards.Job Location- Greater Noida PlantKey ResponsibilitiesElectrical Operations & Maintenance- Manage operation, preventive & breakdown maintenance of HT/LT systems, transformers, DG sets, panels, MCCs, VFDs, and plant utilities. - Should have sound knowledge of PLC – Allen Bradley, Siemens, Mitsubishi, etc. - Ensure uninterrupted power supply and optimum energy utilization. - Troubleshoot complex electrical faults and lead root cause analysis (RCA).Project & Installation- Execute electrical installations for new machines, expansions, and modifications. - Coordinate with OEMs, contractors, and consultants for electrical works. - Review electrical drawings, load calculations, SLDs, and layouts.Safety & Compliance- Ensure compliance with Electrical Safety Rules, Factories Act, CEA regulations, and local statutory requirements. - Conduct electrical safety audits, risk assessments, and permit-to-work systems. - Ensure proper earthing, insulation resistance testing, and safety interlocks.Energy Management- Monitor power consumption, power factor, and demand. - Implement energy-saving initiatives and cost-reduction projects. - Coordinate with DISCOMs for billing, load enhancement, and inspections.Preferred Industry ExposureFMCG / Food Processing
