Sales & High‑Volume Recruitment- Lead full‑cycle recruitment for US‑based Sales teams, Operations, Leadership, and specialized roles- Build high‑velocity recruitment pipelines for multiple roles simultaneously, balancing quality and speed.- Drive aggressive hiring targets, ensuring consistent time‑to‑fill and conversion metrics.- Implement innovative sourcing strategies for hard‑to‑fill, competitive sales positions.2. Team Leadership & Performance- Build, mentor, and scale a high‑performing recruitment team capable of executing high‑volume recruitment with precision.- Set daily, weekly, and monthly KPIs, track recruiter performance, and enforce accountability.- Conduct Performance Improvement Plans for underperformers and foster a culture of speed, ownership, and excellence.3. Process Optimization & ATS Setup- Design, implement, and optimize ATS workflows and dashboards for tracking productivity, pipeline health, and metrics.- Refine recruitment processes to maximize efficiency, reduce bottlenecks, and improve hiring quality.- Establish structured SLAs, evaluation scorecards, and KPI frameworks to drive consistent outcomes.4.
