The role ensuresmarket competitiveness, statutory compliance, performance-linked pay , and alignment with business objectives.1. Compensation & Benefits Design and managesalary structures, grades, and pay bandsas per New Wage Code Executeannual salary review, promotion, and bonus cycles Conductsalary benchmarking and market surveys DesignCTC structures, incentives, and variable pay plans Manage employee benefits (Mediclaim, Insurance, PF, Gratuity, etc.) Coordinate withinsurance vendors and TPAs 2. Performance Management System (PMS) Drive end-to-endPMS cycles(goal setting, mid-year, annual appraisal) EnableKRA/KPI alignmentwith business goals Ensurelinkage of PMS outcomes with increments and incentives Manageperformance calibrationand distribution analysis Support managers and employees on PMS processes 3. Compliance, Payroll & Governance Provide accurate payroll inputs related to C&B and PMS Support audits and policy adherence Maintain confidentiality and data integrity 4. Analytics & Stakeholder Management PrepareMIS and dashboardsfor management Partner withHRBPs, Business Heads, and Finance Handle compensation and performance-related queries professionallyPreferred candidate profileStrong knowledge ofCompensation & Benefits and PMS Sound understanding ofIndian labor laws Experience withHRMS / PMS tools Advanced Excel and analytical skills High integrity, attention to detail, and stakeholder management C&B or PMS certification (preferred) Candidates from FMCG / Manufacturing / Retail / Pharma industry will be preferred
