Job Description:Position: Business Manager – Technical Sales – Pharma & Key AccountsObjective: We want engineers who sell engineering solutions into pharma plants andpharma machinery OEMs.No. of Positions - 1Job Location- HyderabadExperience: 5–12 yearsMandatory Fit:- We require Engineers who sell to Pharma Companies- Engineering / Science background – Post Graduation - Process / Chemical/Biochemistry / Biotech- Preferred sales experience - filtration, WFI, pharma plants / Process Systems / TFF/Sterile equipment’s / Pharma machinery OEMs, Single use Technologies- Comfortable with pharma / Biotech product/ process / filter validation / P&IDs/ utilitiesdiscussions- Past & Current Client persona: Pharma/Biotech End users, Engineering consultants,Project and Purchase ManagersDetailed Job Description: Excellent written and oral communication skills required, Promoting and selling a range of pharma and biotechnology filtration products Identifying potential customers and developing strategies to attract newbusiness Maintaining in-depth product knowledge and staying current with industry trends Providing technical support and product demonstrations to customers Communicating product benefits and features to potential and currentcustomers Maintaining relationships with existing clients and establishing new relationshipswith potential clients Working closely with the product development team to understand new productfeatures Preparing sales reports and meeting sales targets Attending industry conferences, seminars, and networking events Providing feedback to the company about the market, product issues, andcustomer concerns
