With our operations now expanding globally across India, the UAE, and beyond, we are looking for a Creative Design & Production Specialist our next phase of growth.About the RoleWe’re looking for a highly creative, detail-driven Creative Design & Production Specialist who can bring ideas to life across traditional, aesthetic, eco-conscious, and future-ready event experiences.This role blends design vision, production knowledge, on-ground execution expertise, and material intelligence across luxury weddings, premium corporate events, government formats, and sustainable event solutions.If you understand storytelling through space, design, decor, and materials you’ll feel at home here.Key Responsibilities• Conceptualise traditional, aesthetic, minimalist, and eco-conscious design themes for weddings, corporate events, and government projects.• Create detailed design boards, moodboards, 3D layouts, and production-ready plans.• Work with eco-friendly materials, circular decor concepts, and green-tech event formats.• Execute event experiences end-to-end with strong understanding of fabrication, materials, and on-ground decor.• Collaborate with in-house creative, production, and operations teams to convert ideas into flawless reality.• Innovate with future-ready styles — glass, ferro-cement elements, hybrid structures, sustainable lighting, new-age materials.• Coordinate with vendors, fabricators, florists, carpenters, and technical teams to ensure smooth execution.• Manage timelines, budgets, and quality across multiple events.• Ensure brand consistency with Oh Yes Events’ signature aesthetic — simple, elegant, vibrant, and detail-focused.⸻️ Skills & Tools Required • Strong proficiency in: • SketchUp / 3D Tools • AutoCAD • Photoshop / Illustrator / Figma • Canva (for quick adaptations) • Rendering tools (V-Ray/Enscape preferred) • Strong understanding of: • Event materials (wood, metal, fabric, eco-materials, truss, florals, acrylic, etc.) • Sustainable decor alternatives • Stage & truss layouts • Lighting design basics • Fabrication & production process • Ability to create both traditional Indian wedding designs and modern international aesthetics.⸻Experience Required • 2–5+ years in event design, decor production, creative direction, or related fields. • Experience designing for:✔ Luxury Weddings✔ Corporate Events✔ Government Projects✔ Eco-conscious or sustainable events (preferred) • Portfolio demonstrating aesthetic range and production knowledge.⸻What We’re Looking For • Creative thinker with a strong sense of aesthetics • Detail-obsessed and execution-driven • Comfortable working on back-to-back events • Fast learner with a future-ready mindset • Passion for tradition, design storytelling & sustainability • Ability to collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams⸻What You Get • Work on large-scale, premium events across India • Opportunity to build sustainable design IPs under Oh Yes Green Tech Events • Creative freedom + high-growth environment • Exposure to corporate, government, wedding & concert-scale productions • A team that values ownership, creativity, and innovation
