Backed by a network of affiliates/ business partners across key domestic and international markets, we offer integrated solutions designed to help businesses succeed in today’s continuously evolving global marketplace.- Check our website - - Partner Profile - – Senior ConsultantRoles and Responsibilities:-Ensure timely compliance with Direct Tax, Indirect Tax, Labour Laws, FEMA, and Company Law.-Manage and implement strategies for efficient tax planning.-Advise clients on tax queries and business advisory matters.-Handle tax assessments, audits, and litigation management.-Research case laws and prepare submissions for appeals before AO/CIT/ITAT.-Undertake and monitor statutory audits and tax audits.-Conduct client site visits and coordinate internal/external audits.-Address audit queries and implement process improvements.-Identifying and mitigating financial and tax-related risks for clients.-Delegating work efficiently to team members, and mentoring them with regards to learning and development.Desired Candidate Profile:- Qualified CA / CA with 0-2-years’ experience will be more preferred.-Should have sound technical knowledge and prior working experience related to finalization of balance sheet/ audit field / direct taxation compliance of corporates.-Strong computer literacy on Microsoft Applications-Should be willing to learn new client software applications where required-Should have excellent communication skills and clarity of thought-Seeks out growth / learning opportunity for personal development and accepts work responsibility.What We Offer:- A fast-paced, merit-driven culture with accelerated career growth.- Opportunity to lead complex, multi-disciplinary assignments with direct client exposure.- A collaborative environment with mentorship from seasoned professionals.- Dynamic and evolving client base that ensures continuous learning.Location and Salary Budget:- Location: Nariman Point, Mumbai- Working Days: Monday to Saturday (2nd & 4th Saturday off)- Expected CTC: 10-11 LPA (Negotiable basis experience and fit)Immediate or within 1 month joining requirement.Interested Candidates kindly share your CV's on shravani.magar@
