The Function | Accountabilities We are looking for a results-drivenSSD Inside Sales Executiveto drive business growth by combining technical expertise with sales acumen. In this role, you will be responsible foridentifying customer needs ,providing technical solutions , andmanaging the sales processto achieve ordertargets . The ideal candidate will have astrong background in technical solution sales ,excellent communication skills , and acustomer-centric approach . Key Responsibilities: Sales and Business Development Prospectingusing cold-calling, email, WhatsApp, SMS messages, and other forms of digital/social media outreach. Handling theinbound and outbound calls/emails effectively. Identify and developnew business opportunitieswithin target industries and assigned sites. Build and maintainstrong relationshipswithexisting and potential customers . Generate andfollow up on leads, inquiries, and salesopportunities. Meet andexceed sales targetsby effectivelypositioning technical products and solutions . Solution Selling Understandcustomer requirementsandrecommend appropriate technical solutions . Collaboratewith category andproduct specialist teamto provide customized solutions. Stay updatedon industry trends and technologies. Customer Support & Relationship Management Act as atrusted advisor to clients , addressing technical queries and concerns. Work closely with thesupport and service teamsto ensurecustomer satisfaction . Providepost-sales supportandmaintain long-term customer relationships . Sales Process & Reporting Prepare and presentsales proposals ,quotations, and contract negotiations . Maintain accuraterecords of sales activities ,customer interactions, and forecastsin the CRM system. Provideregular sales reportsandmarket insightsto management.The Company | Prismbiz Solutions Pvt.
