The Talent Acquisition Assistant Manager will be responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment for multiple locations across India. Based in Bangalore, this role will partner closely with business stakeholders and HR teams to deliver timely, high-quality hiring across corporate, plant, and field roles, while strengthening employer branding and recruitment processes.Responsibilities Manage end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for positions across all India locations, from manpower requisition to offer closure. Partner with business leaders and HR Business Partners to understand hiring needs, role requirements, and timelines Develop and execute effective sourcing strategies using job portals, social media, referrals, campus hiring, consultants, and networking Screen, shortlist, and assess candidates to ensure role and culture fit Coordinate and manage interview processes, including scheduling, feedback collection, and candidate communication Drive offer management, salary benchmarking, negotiation, and pre-joining engagement Track and report recruitment metrics such as time-to-hire, cost-per-hire, source effectiveness, and hiring SLAs Manage relationships with recruitment vendors and consultants across regions Support employer branding initiatives and campus recruitment activities as required Ensure compliance with company policies, hiring standards, and local labor regulations Continuously improve recruitment processes and candidate experienceRequired Skills & Competencies Strong understanding of India hiring markets across regions and functions Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills Ability to manage multiple requisitions and priorities in a fast-paced environment Strong sourcing, screening, and negotiation skills Analytical mindset with experience in recruitment reporting and MIS High level of professionalism, confidentiality, and attention to detailQualificationsMBA / PGDM in Human Resources or equivalent qualification 6–9 years of experience in Talent Acquisition, with exposure to pan-India hiring Experience handling multi-location or large-scale recruitment preferred Prior experience in corporate, Hospitality industry hiring.
