About the Role As theCreative Director – Content , you will lead the content team and define the creative direction for campaigns across digital, social, video, brand, and integrated marketing. You will work across both B2B and B2C mandates and should have a strong understanding of enterprise storytelling, brand communication, and performance content. The role demands a mix of strategic thinking, creative ideation, mentoring talent, and hands-on execution.Key Responsibilities Creative Leadership Set the content vision and tone for brand and campaign initiatives. Craft compelling narratives that resonate with both B2B and B2C audiences, especially in the technology and digital transformation domains. Translate client briefs into strong creative concepts across formats — video, web, email, long-form, social, etc.Team Management Lead, mentor, and grow a team of writers, content strategists, and junior creatives. Review and elevate content across all touchpoints — from campaign slogans to executive keynote presentations.Client Engagement Collaborate with business, design, strategy, and account teams to shape client deliverables. Present creative ideas to clients and defend decisions with conviction and data. Play a key role in new business pitches and content strategy proposals.Content Strategy & Innovation Work closely with strategists and performance marketers to create content that performs and engages. Bring fresh thinking to storytelling formats, platforms, and distribution models. Ensure consistency in voice, style, and brand guidelines across client portfolios.Who You Are A natural storyteller with experience crafting content for CXOs, decision-makers, and consumers alike. Equally comfortable writing copy, developing brand taglines, and guiding a video script or LinkedIn carousel. A collaborative leader who thrives in a high-performance, high-speed environment. Hands-on when needed — whether that’s writing a deck narrative, reviewing a case study, or ideating on a campaign. Curious about how content performs — and how it can be constantly refined.Must-Have Skills Exceptional writing, editing, and presentation skills Strong understanding of content marketing for both B2B and B2C Ability to manage multiple projects and timelines Familiarity with digital channels, SEO, and performance-led content Expertise in content across formats: long-form, short-form, interactive, and visual storytelling Stakeholder and client management experiencePreferred Qualifications 8+ years in a content, creative, or copywriting role within a creative agency, brand, or consultancy Proven experience leading teams and driving creative output Experience in technology, SaaS, or IT services domain preferred Exposure to branding, campaign planning, and integrated marketing strategiesWhy Zensciences?
