Content That Feels Like the Brand Translate a mood, lifestyle, and feeling into content — Reels, carousels, stories, campaigns — with consistency. 3. Community, PR & Collaborations Handle engagement, influencer seeding, PR outreach, and collaborations to place the brand in the right spaces. 4. (Bonus) Performance Marketing If you understand ads and scaling content through paid media, that’s a plus. 5. Ownership & Accountability We’ll review performance monthly and improve with intention, not vanity metrics.Who I’m Looking For Someone who has: Worked withfashion / lifestyle / D2C brands A proven track record of growing Instagram accounts Strong aesthetic sense and storytelling ability A proactive mindset — you bring ideas, not just execution Professional communication & workflow If you’re anagency , I want hands-on involvement.
