Steady guidance, straightforward dealings, and a reputation built coin by coinCTC - Upto 12 LPAStrategic Learning Leadership:• Develop and execute a comprehensive Learning & Development strategy aligned with stock broking business goals.• Foster a strong learning culture emphasizing compliance, ethical practices, and customer-centric advisory.• Support organizational growth, digital trading platforms, and new product introductions.Training Needs Analysis:• Conduct regular training needs assessments for:*Dealers, relationship managers, and sales teams*Research, and advisory, teams*Operations, compliance, risk, and surveillance teams• Identify skill gaps related to market changes, regulatory updates, and technology platforms. Regulatory & Compliance Training:• Design and oversee mandatory training on:*SEBI regulations, exchange guidelines (NSE/BSE)*Code of conduct, insider trading prevention, surveillance norms• Ensure statutory certifications and continuing education requirements are met. Product & Market Knowledge:• Develop training on: *Equity, derivatives, commodities, currency markets *Mutual funds, IPOs, bonds, PMS, and alternative investments(AIF)• Strengthen understanding of market dynamics, trading strategies, and risk profiling.Operations & Technology Training:• Design training on: *Trading platforms, back-office systems, and digital tools *Order management, settlement cycles, and reconciliation processes• Improve operational efficiency, accuracy, and turnaround time.
