We collaborate with government bodies, developers, and stakeholders to deliver conservation outcomes that are defensible, compliant, and implementable.What You Will Lead You will serve as the Heritage & Conservation Subject Matter Expert for heritage conservation, adaptive reuse, and cultural asset management engagements—working with architects, planners, engineers, and government stakeholders to ensure heritage-sensitive planning aligned to statutory and best-practice frameworks.Key Responsibilities Lead technical direction for heritage conservation, restoration, and curation across buildings, precincts, and cultural assets Prepare/review Heritage Impact Assessments (HIA), Conservation Management Plans (CMP), and adaptive reuse strategies Develop conservation methodologies: documentation, condition assessment, significance mapping, interventions, material/technique recommendations Guide compliance and approvals for protected assets and regulated precincts; coordinate with relevant authorities and statutory processes Advise on conservation policy and governance: heritage listing, precinct controls, design guidelines, and implementation frameworks Support Detailed Project Reports (DPRs), feasibility studies, stakeholder consultations, and presentations Produce high-quality technical documentation (reports, drawings inputs, narratives) suitable for government review and procurement processesMandatory Requirements (Non-negotiable) Master’s degree in History / Conservation Architecture / Archaeology 10+ years of relevant experience specifically covering heritage conservation AND curation Demonstrated experience preparing/reviewing HIA, CMP, and adaptive reuse frameworks Strong understanding of Indian heritage regulatory environment and conservation best practices Ability to lead multidisciplinary coordination and represent the heritage position in stakeholder forums Preferred (Strong Advantages) Prior work with government agencies / multilateral assignments / heritage-led PPP or redevelopment programs Exposure to internationally benchmarked conservation approaches and documentation standardsMandatory Details (to include in email) Current CTC Expected CTC Notice period Current city + willingness to relocate to Lucknow (if applicable)How to Apply Email your updated CV to:careers@ Email subject format: Full Name | Heritage Conservation & Curation SME | Total Years of ExperienceWhy This Role Opportunity to lead nationally significant heritage and cultural projects Direct interface with senior stakeholders and government bodies Platform to influence defensible, implementable conservation outcomes at scale
