Stationed in our Padmanabhanagar Campus in Bengaluru,you will be instrumental in enhancing our organizational dynamics and delivering on themission.Duties and Responsibilities● Manage core HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, compliance,performance management, and training, ensuring processes are efficient, goal-oriented,and responsive to employee needs.● Collaborate with senior leadership to align HR strategy with organizational goals,including workforce planning, talent development, and retention.● Provide strategic guidance to senior leaders by leveraging strong influencing andinterpersonal skills to act as a trusted business advisor.● Oversee workforce planning and ensure the organization attracts and retains top talentthrough effective recruitment, onboarding, and talent management strategies.● Establish comprehensive performance management frameworks integrated withprofessional development programs to enhance employee potential and driveorganizational outcomes.● Cultivate a high-performing and inclusive workplace culture through initiatives that driveproductivity, recognition, and employee well-being.● Ensure organizational compliance with employment laws, HR policies, and evolvingregulations by maintaining and updating policies in alignment with industry bestpractices.Skills and Qualifications● 15+ years of generalist HR experience, with 8 years of team managementexperience in the Education sector.● Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field;Master’s degree preferred.● Strong communicator with a talent for building collaborative relationships and ensuringalignment.● Proven ability to lead teams, inspire performance, and foster growth in a positive,inclusive environment.● Skilled in mediating conflicts and delivering practical, balanced solutions to challenges.● Demonstrates flexibility in navigating change and the resilience to thrive in dynamic andevolving environments.
