Guided by our Integrated Bioscience Design (IBD) concept, we serve global and local brands by delivering high-performance products that are sold in 66 countries worldwide.Job Responsibilities : Execute strategic overseas sales account plans for both existing and new clients to achieve revenue targets. Primary liaison between clients and the headquarters during the product development process. Assist clients in obtaining satisfactory timelines and/or coordinate with operations to establish product or project completion dates. Travel as needed to maintain a strong customer presence, strengthen relationships, attend trade shows, and conduct regular client visits.Requirements : Minimum 2 years of experience in Sales and Business Development. Experience with ODM, OEM, or CDMO companies, and in beauty, food, or health supplement manufacturing is a plus. Bachelor’s degree or higher. A major in Biotechnology, Biology, Food Science, or other related fields is a plus to facilitate communication with clients during the product development process. Fluent in English and Indian for effective communication with local clients and the global team. Proficiency in Chinese is a plus to facilitate communication with Headquarters during the product development process. Ability to identify new business opportunities and develop strategies. Results-driven with a track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets. Ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships. Strong problem-solving and presentation skills.You will have the opportunity to actively participate in the business development activities of TCI’s Global Business Centre, engaging directly with international clients. You will cultivate expertise in biotechnology and nutrition while developing advanced B2B negotiation skills under the guidance of our business leaders. Through collaboration with our leading R&D team, you will be connected to the global academic community and have regular opportunities to exchange innovative research in the fields of functional foods and skincare products. In addition, we are building an advanced automated production line based on Industry 4.0 principles and have established a pharmaceutical-grade quality control laboratory. This enables us to provide our brand clients with the most effective products and a strong competitive advantage.
