Job Title: Assistant Vice President (AVP) – Client Servicing Experience:10+ years About the Company - Vouchagram India Pvt. GyFTR partners with top brands and enterprises to deliver scalable, tech-driven gifting, incentive, and engagement solutions across India.*Role Summary* TheAVP – Client Servicingwill be a senior leadership role responsible for managing and growing GyFTR’s enterprise client portfolio. The role requires deep expertise in enterprise account management, B2B client servicing, and stakeholder management, with a strong focus on client retention, revenue growth, and service excellence. Key Responsibilities Own and manage relationships withkey enterprise and strategic B2B clients Act as the primary escalation point for high-value clients, ensuring timely resolution and satisfaction Driveaccount growth, renewals, upsell, and cross-sell opportunitiesacross the client base Partner with corporate sales teams to support deal closures and post-sale client onboarding Ensure end-to-end delivery of client campaigns, programs, and gifting solutions Collaborate with internal teams (Product, Tech, Finance, Operations) to deliver customized solutions Track account performance, revenue metrics, and client health indicators Lead, mentor, and scale a high-performing client servicing/account management team Develop and implement best practices, SOPs, and service frameworks for enterprise clients Gather client feedback and market insights to influence product and solution enhancements Required Experience & Qualifications 10+ years of experiencein enterprise account management, client servicing, B2B sales support, or corporate relationship management Proven experience managinglarge enterprise or Fortune-level clients Strong background inB2B, corporate sales, loyalty, rewards, fintech, SaaS, or digital solutionspreferred Demonstrated ability to manage complex stakeholder ecosystems and long sales/service cycles Prior experience leading and scaling client-facing teams at a senior level Excellent commercial acumen with a track record of driving revenue growth from existing accounts
