This role blendssales, business development, and creativity. Comfort with cold calls, follow-ups, and rejection is essential.ResponsibilitiesPre-event: Planning & Preparation Research and shortlist relevantbrands, sponsors, and stall partners Reach out to brands and pitchthe event to potential partners Coordinate discussionsaround sponsorships, stalls, and in-kind partnerships Work with the Founderto finalize partner deliverables and expectations Share clear requirements with theOps team for stall setup and logistics Ensure allbrand assets, requirements, and approvalsare collected in advance Trackoutreach and follow-upsin a shared tracker Own partner communicationend-to-end, not just introductions Ensure commitments convert into actualon-ground presenceEvent Day: On-ground Execution Coordinatesetup of brand stalls and activations Welcome brand representatives and ensuresmooth onboardingat the venue Ensure allagreed deliverables(visibility, placement, announcements, etc.) are executed Act as thefirst point of contact for partner issues and requests Coordinate in real time with the Ops teamfor power, space, signage, or changes Ensure brand representatives have apositive experiencethroughout the event Troubleshootlast-minute challenges quickly and professionally Capture notes andfeedbackfrom partners for post-event follow-upsWho We’re Looking For Minimum 1-2 years of experience in growth, business development, partnerships/sponsorships(final-year students (light semester) OR fresh graduates may be considered, but priority will be given to those with practical experience) Background in business development, marketing, BBA/BMS or agency internships preferred Comfortable speaking to brands and following up persistently Organized, detail-oriented, and proactive Can commit full-time till the March event Interested in events, sports, marketing, or partnershipsCommitment & Compensation Duration:~8 weeks (Feb–March) Type:Full-time; in-person Compensation:INR 15,000 per month + Incentives per closed partnership(Negotiable based on experience and fit) Location:Delhi NCR (on-ground) Start Date:ImmediateHigh performers may be considered forfull-time roles post-event .Non-Negotiable This role requirescomplete, full-time availabilitytill the end of March.
