Job OverviewThe Pre-Sales Agent will be responsible for engaging with incoming leads, understanding customer requirements, and converting qualified prospects into demo-ready leads for the sales team. This role focuses on lead qualification, requirement mapping, follow-ups, and coordination to ensure that only quality prospects move forward for demos and closures.
