Job Summary: We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Night Shift Ticketing Executive to manage ticketing operations during evening and night hours. The ideal candidate should have proven experience in airline ticketing and travel services, strong knowledge of GDS systems, and the ability to handle client queries efficiently with minimal supervision.Key Responsibilities: 1.Ticketing Operations: oBook, cancel, reschedule, and manage domestic and international tickets. oHandle amendments, refunds, and re-issuances as per client requirements. oMonitor and resolve ticketing-related issues promptly. 2.Customer Support: oProvide customer service via calls, emails, and chats during the night shift. oAssist clients with queries related to fares, routing, and policies. 3.System Handling: oWork on GDS platforms (Amadeus, Galileo, or Sabre) for reservations and ticket issuance. oEnsure accurate data entry and booking processes. 4.Coordination: oLiaise with airlines, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure smooth ticketing operations. oUpdate clients on travel schedules, changes, and airline policies. 5.Reporting & Compliance: oMaintain accurate transaction logs and prepare daily reports. oFollow company policies and adhere to industry regulations.Required Qualifications & Skills: ·Minimum 1–2 years of proven experience in airline ticketing or travel services. ·Proficiency in GDS systems (Amadeus, Galileo, or Sabre). Certification is an advantage. ·Strong knowledge of fare rules, airline ticketing policies, and international routing. ·Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English. ·Ability to work independently and manage responsibilities in a night shift setup. ·Reliable internet connection and a suitable work-from-home environment (for holidays/week-offs).Preferred Qualifications: ·Candidates based in Ahmedabad, Gujarat will be given preference. ·Experience handling night shift operations. ·Familiarity with visa regulations, baggage policies, and travel restrictions will be an added benefit.Work Hours (Night Shift): ·Sunday to Friday:06:00 PM – 12:00 Midnight ·Week Offs & Holidays:10:00 AM – 05:00 PMBenefits: ·Competitive salary package. ·Flexible work-from-home arrangement on holidays and week-offs. ·Opportunity to grow with a dynamic team in the luxury travel industry.
