Job Summary: Cluster Manager will be responsible for managing the sales and operationsactivities within a designated cluster of locations. This role involves driving sales growth,overseeing daily operations, and leading a team of Centre Managers to deliver business &experience objectives.Key Responsibilities:● Sales Management:○ Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets for the cluster.○ Monitor sales performance daily and implement action plans to address anyissues or opportunities in real time.○ Foster relationships with Centre Managers and stakeholders to drive businessgrowth month on month● Operations Management:○ Oversee day-to-day operations across all locations within the cluster.○ Ensure efficient and effective operational processes by solving facilities andcustomer issues to deliver stellar experience.○ Implement best practices and standardize procedures ensure the audits aredefect free.● People Management:○ Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales and operations teams to achieve their bestperformance.○ Conduct regular performance reviews and provide feedback to team members.○ Recruit, train, and onboard new team members as needed.Qualifications:● Proven experience in sales and operations management, preferably in a multi-locationenvironment like retail chains with at least 2 years of experience● Strong leadership and people management skills with the ability to inspire and develop ateam.● Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving abilities.● Analyze and interpret complex data sets using MS Excel, including pivot tables,VLOOKUP, and advanced formulas to take informed decisions.
