We’re Hiring | Engineering Manager – AerospaceLocation: BangaloreExperience: 15–18 YearsRole OverviewWe are looking for a highly experienced Engineering Manager with strong aerospace domain expertise to lead NPD/NPI programs and manage large engineering teams in a high-precision manufacturing environment.Education- BE / B.Tech in Mechanical or Aerospace EngineeringMandatory Experience- 15–18 years total experience - 12–15 years of core Aerospace industry experience (mandatory) - Hands-on leadership of NPD / NPI engineering teams (35–45 engineers)Key Responsibilities & Skills- Lead NPD / NPI development from concept to production - Strong exposure to AS9100D – internal & external audit preparation and RCA closure - Advanced hands-on experience in CAD/CAM tools: - CATIA - UG NX - Mastercam - SolidCAM (all mandatory) - Expertise in FAI planning, execution, and FAIR submission with Right First Time (RFT) methodology - Drive continuous improvement initiatives focused on: - Cost reduction - Process optimization - Good understanding of special process requirements - Strong knowledge of assembly processes for machined & sheet metal parts - Proven experience in high-precision engine components machining - Solid understanding of cutting tools selection and CAM programming strategies to guide engineering teams - Excellent customer interaction & presentation skills, including: - On-time delivery - Quality performance - Metrics and reviews⭐ What We’re Looking For- Strong technical depth with people leadership - Hands-on mindset with customer-facing confidence - Experience working in high-quality, regulated aerospace environments
