Technical Expertise & Quality ControlProvide technical oversight through site visits and design reviews, ensuring construction quality, resolving technical issues, and maintaining adherence to project specifications.4. Team Collaboration & LeadershipGuide and mentor architectural teams, allocate work effectively, and collaborate across functions to enhance team performance and project efficiency.5.
