Recognised globally by QS World University Rankings and Times Higher Education (THE), Shoolini University is known for its strong focus on research, innovation, industry integration, and outcome-driven education.Role OverviewThe Regional Manager – Career Development Centre (CDC) will play a strategic leadership role in strengthening industry partnerships, driving placement outcomes, and expanding Shoolini University’s corporate engagement ecosystem acrossthe assigned region.The role requiresa dynamic leaderwith strong stakeholder management skills and a passion for career development.Key Responsibilities- Lead and manageCDC operations for the assignedregion (Bangalore / Pune). - Develop and expand corporate partnerships for internships, live projects, and full-time hiring. - Drive placementoutcomes across UG, PG, and doctoral programs. - Engage with CXOs, HR leaders, founders, and talent acquisition heads. - Design and executeregional hiring strategies aligned with university goals. - Collaborate with internal academicteams to align student readinesswith industry expectations. - Track and report placement metrics, recruiter engagement, and conversion ratios. - Mentor and guide CDC team membersto ensure high performance and scalability. - Represent ShooliniUniversity at industryforums, career fairs,and networking events.Key Requirements- 5–8 years of experience in career services, placements, corporate relations, or talent engagement. - Strong understanding of hiring ecosystems across IT, Tech, Pharma, Biotech,FoodTech, and allied domains. - Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills. - Proven abilityto build and sustain long-term industry partnerships. - Leadership mindsetwith experience in scaling teamsand processes. - Data-driven approachwith strong reporting and analytical capabilities. - Willingness to travel within the assignedregion.What We Offer- Strategic leadership role with high visibility and impact. - Opportunity to work with a globallyranked, research-led university. - Collaborative and growth-oriented work culture. - Competitive compensation aligned with experience. - Opportunity to build and scale regionalCDC ecosystems.
