We’re Hiring – Voice Coaches (Communication & Soft Skills Triner) ||- International Telecom Process || GurgaonWhat You’ll Do- Coach, mentor & enhance communication and soft skills of frontline employees.- Conduct regular voice & accent training sessions for new hires and existing teams.- Identify communication gaps through call audits and provide constructive feedback.- Drive performance improvement through floor support and refresher sessions.- Collaborate with Ops & Quality teams to improve customer experience delivery.What We’re Looking For- Minimum 1 year of experience as Voice Coach / V&A Trainer / Soft Skills Coach in BPO (International process preferred)- Strong command over spoken English & excellent presentation skills- Experience in call monitoring, feedback sessions & coaching methodology- Willing to work from office (Gurgaon) in rotational shifts
