Apply only if you possess the following skills and knowledge & Willing to work in ChennaiWe are seeking a dynamic Manager – ERP & Applications to lead SAP systems and enterprise application development, integrations, and enhancements across our organization. This role combines SAP techno-functional expertise with application integration leadership, making it ideal for an experienced Tech Lead or Business Analyst ready to step into a managerial position.Key ResponsibilitiesSAP ERP Management- Lead and manage SAP systems with strong functional expertise in SAP FICO and exposure to modules such as MM, SD, PM. - Ensure smooth operations and compliance with financial processes and internal controls. - Drive SAP-related projects, including S/4HANA Public Cloud Edition implementations and enhancements. - Develop and manage Fiori applications, API-based integrations, and extensions on SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP). - Act as the primary liaison between business teams, SAP support partners, and vendors for maintenance, upgrades, and new implementations. - Deliver continuous improvement initiatives and value-added services in SAP processes.Applications & Integrations- Oversee development and integration projects across MERN, LAMP, and .NET stacks. - Manage system integrations using APIs, webhooks, and Azure Integration Services. - Manage Applications support across platforms, including mobile apps. - Guide delivery using low-code platforms (Power Apps / Zoho Creator) and drive Azure-based deployments. - Support integrations with SaaS platforms (ERP, CRM, MES) and IoT systems. - Collaborate with business stakeholders from manufacturing and plant operations to ensure timely, high-quality delivery. - Work closely with the Development Partners and in-house resources in successful completion of projects.Required Skills & Experience- 6–10 years of experience in SAP techno-functional roles and/or enterprise application development. - Strong expertise in SAP FICO; exposure to MM and other modules preferred. - Mandatory experience in SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud Edition. - Hands-on experience with SAP BTP, Fiori Apps, and API integrations. - Familiarity with MERN, LAMP, .NET, and Azure services for application development and integration. - Understanding of REST APIs, cloud integrations, and SDLC/Agile practices. - Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.Preferred Attributes- SAP certifications (FICO or technical areas). - Exposure to manufacturing or steel industry systems. - Experience integrating SaaS platforms and IoT systems. - Azure or Power Platform certifications.
