Role SummaryWe’re hiring a Real Estate Sales Executive to drive bookings for BOOTES residential projects. You will handle walk-ins, inbound leads, channel partner network, site visits, follow-ups, and closures. The job is simple to define and hard to do well: convert interest into signed bookings with disciplined follow-up and clean documentation.Key Responsibilities1) Lead Handling and Closures- Call and qualify inbound leads (website, ads, walk-ins, references, channel partners).- Understand buyer needs (budget, family size, intent, timeline) and map the right unit.- Run the full sales cycle: enquiry → site visit → negotiation → booking → agreement coordination.- Maintain a strong follow-up cadence and move leads forward without being pushy or spammy.- Meet monthly booking and revenue targets.2) Site Visits and Customer Experience- Conduct site visits, explain project USPs clearly, and handle objections confidently.- Build trust with buyers using facts, transparency, and timeline clarity.- Coordinate with CRM/operations team for visit scheduling, inventory checks, and brochures.3) Channel Partners and Referrals- Onboard and manage channel partners: regular updates, inventory status, scheme communication.- Drive referral-based sales through existing customers, employees, and partner networks.- Ensure CP documentation, commissions, and deal hygiene are clean.4) Negotiation, Documentation, and Compliance- Explain pricing, payment plans, booking amount, and documentation requirements clearly.- Collect and verify customer documents (KYC, booking forms, payment proofs).- Coordinate with legal/CRM for allotment letters, agreements, and payment schedules.- Ensure every commitment made to a customer is documented and aligned internally.5) CRM and Reporting Discipline- Maintain daily activity logs in CRM: calls, follow-ups, visits, pipeline stage, remarks.- Track lead source performance and share learnings (what’s converting and what’s not).- Provide weekly pipeline updates with clear next steps.Success Metrics- Bookings closed per month and conversion rate from leads to visits to bookings.- Site visit-to-booking ratio.- Follow-up discipline (no lead dropped without closure status).- Customer satisfaction and low complaint/escalation rate.- Accuracy of CRM and documentation.Requirements & Experience- 1–5 years in real estate sales (residential preferred).- Strong experience with lead management, site visits, negotiation, and closures.- Comfortable working with targets and weekend-heavy schedules.Skills- Clear communication in Hindi + English.- Strong persuasion without overselling.- Organized, consistent follow-up habits.- Comfortable using CRM, WhatsApp, calling tools, and basic Excel.- Traits We Value- High ownership and hunger to close.- Trust-building mindset (real estate is reputation-driven).- Patience and persistence without becoming aggressive.- Clean work habits: documentation, follow-ups, punctual reporting.Compensation- Fixed + high-performance incentives (booking-linked).- Extra incentives for channel partner performance (if applicable).
