Job PurposeThe purpose of this role is to drive technical sales and value‑based solutions for customers in the process industry, ensuring sustainable business growth through a deep understanding of industrial applications and customer needs. The role focuses on executing sales strategies, developing and managing distributors, and delivering techno‑commercial value propositions that differentiate the company in the market. It involves target setting, opportunity management, and conducting technical seminars, product qualifications, and approvals to influence end‑user decisions.Responsibilities- Executes local sales plans (short, mid, long term) in line with SBU strategy to maintain and develop existing / acquire new customers. - Handling of MRO -maintenance Repair & Overhaul Business – 100 % Business Through Distribution. - Channel Management - Tender Management - Executes customer roadmap and manages / closes respective CRM tool (ACE) growth Opportunities. - Product Qualification – Approvals – Spec in. - Coordinates with Technical Support to conduct line trials / (re)solve customer requests and complaints.Education & professional experience and requirements- BE Mechanical, BE Chemical, BE Production - 3 – 5 Years of ExperienceSkills- Techno-commercial sales, Distribution Management, Presentation, Budgeting
