Looking for Python Backend Developer/Lead (Should be excellent in Django and coding)Exp: 10+ years for SE IV with strong coding & communication and client handlingexperienceLocation : Hyderabad (3 days WFO mandate)Inetrview In-Person- Required: 5+ years of professional experience writing production-grade software, includingexperience leading the design of complex systems. Strong expertise in Python (Django or equivalent frameworks) and REST APIdevelopment. Solid knowledge of frontend frameworks such as React and TypeScript. Strong understanding of relational databases (MySQL or PostgreSQL preferred). Experience with CI/CD pipelines, containerization (Docker), and orchestration(Kubernetes). Hands-on experience with cloud infrastructure (AWS preferred). Proven experience debugging complex production issues and improvingobservability. Preferred: Experience in enterprise SaaS or B2B systems with multi-tenancy, authentication(OAuth, SSO, SAML), and data partitioning. Knowledge of event-driven architecture, A/B testing frameworks, and analyticspipelines. Familiarity with accessibility standards and best practices. Exposure to the Open edX ecosystem or open-source contributions in educationtech. Demonstrated history of technical mentorship, team leadership, or cross-teamcollaboration.Our Stack Backend: Python (Django), Celery, REST APIs Frontend: React, TypeScript, SCSS Data: MySQL, Snowflake, Elasticsearch DevOps: Docker, GitHub Actions, Datadog, AWS Tooling: GitHub, Jira, Slack, Segment
