Our goal is to establish an environment where the bond between the older generation and the youth remains strong, while our primary focus remains to provide an enhanced quality of life to the old and wings to the young adults through education.We are urgently seeking for the below position -Designation: AccountantSalary: ₹25,000 – ₹30,000 per monthOffice Timing: 10:00 AM – 6:00 PMWorking Days: 6 days a weekLocation: Vile ParleEXPERIENCE : 4-5 YEARSWe are seeking a skilled and experienced Accountant to manage our 2 Trust accounts and handle all related financial tasks.Job DescriptionThe Accountant will be responsible for handling day-to-day accounting operations, maintaining accurate financial records, ensuring statutory compliance, and supporting financial reporting. The role requires attention to detail, timely reporting, and adherence to company policies and legal requirements.Job Responsibilities:- Maintain accurate financial records and ensure timely finalization of balance sheets for 2 Trust accounts- Prepare and issue donation receipts and 80G certificates to donors- Perform data entry in Tally and ensure accuracy of financial data- Prepare payment lists, initiate payments through bank, and maintain records- Submit weekly financial reports to Trustees and members- Prepare presentations as required- Proficiency in MS Excel and Word is essential for reporting and documentation- File TDS returns and ensure compliance with applicable regulationsSkills & QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Commerce / Accounting / FinanceRelevant experience as an AccountantKnowledge of accounting principles and statutory complianceProficiency in Tally, MS Excel, and accounting softwareGood analytical and organizational skillsAccuracy, integrity, and ability to meet deadlines
